Refund Policy

The website www.qualityedits.com, hereinafter referred to as “Website,” is operated by the following party:

QualityEdits LLC, a limited liability company, organized under the laws of the state of Tennessee (hereinafter referred to as “Operator”)

The following conditions apply in regards to refunds and cancellations:

Client acknowledges and agrees that the academic editing process and planning for consultation services begins immediately upon signature on a services agreement. 

Client acknowledges and agrees that the 50% deposit required upon signature on an Academic Editing Services Agreement is non-refundable.  If Client cancels the work during the academic editing process, then QualityEdits reserves the right to charge Client for all the work completed up to the point of cancellation. QualityEdits will deliver to Client the academic editing results completed up to the point of cancellation, upon QualityEdits receiving from Client any outstanding invoice or balance due for completed work. 

Client acknowledges the option to pay 100% of Total Cost due upon signature on an Academic Editing Services Agreement. If after exercising this option, Client cancels the work during the academic editing process, then QualityEdits reserves the right to charge the Client for the work completed up to the point of cancellation before issuing a partial refund to the Client. QualityEdits will deliver to Client the academic editing results completed up to the point of cancellation. Partial refunds are issued at the discretion of QualityEdits and requests may be accepted or rejected as such.

Client acknowledges and agrees that a partial refund, 25% of the Total Cost due upon signature on a Consultation Services Agreement, will be granted if Client cancels the consultation session. Partial refunds are issued at the discretion of QualityEdits and requests may be accepted or rejected as such.

Requests for cancellation of academic editing work or consultation sessions must be made within seventy-two (72) hours of signature on a services agreement.  Cancellations are accepted via email only at info@qualityedits.com and must include the word “CANCELLATION” and the project number in the subject line, along with the reason for cancellation outlined in the body of the email message.
